No paywalls, ever. Creators get donation links, users get free plugins, and abusive tooling is permanently banned.
Real Discord, today
Messaging, member lists, server folders, real GIF search, profile popouts, and server banners already work. Voice, calls, and multi-account are still on the roadmap — tracked openly in the repo, not hidden.
Stoat.chat too
Real, independent Stoat.chat support alongside Discord — its own REST/gateway integration, not a lookalike. Servers, DMs, friends, live messaging, edit/delete, reactions, typing indicators, search, and joining/leaving servers via invite all work. Log into either or both and merge them into one server rail, badged per platform. Fluxer is a planned next step.

Hyaecord is a third-party client modification, and client mods are against Discord's Terms of Service — we say that up front instead of burying it. Wait, how do you even say "Hyaecord"?
The casual answer: HY-eh-kord, rhymes with "Discord." The pedantic answer follows, entirely unprompted.
Hyaecord is, taxonomically speaking, a portmanteau of Hyaenidae — the Latin family name for hyenas, itself borrowed from the Ancient Greek ὕαινα (hýaina) — and chorda, Latin for "cord" or "string" (via the Greek χορδή). Naturally, the only correct way to say it is to decline both halves in full Classical Latin, as though reciting a genitive noun phrase from a Linnaean species description.
Said correctly, in full Reconstructed Classical Latin, with appropriate reverence for a fictional taxonomic ancestor: /hyːˈae̯.nɪ.dae̯ ˈkʰor.d̪ɪs/ — roughly "hew-EYE-nih-die KOR-diss," delivered as though defending a doctoral thesis on Miocene carnivorans.
